A Curated Collection of Scene Stills
A special exhibition of the latest work in the Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-, is currently being held at Anime Tokyo Station in Ikebukuro. It features scenes from the film, providing visitors with the opportunity to look back at some of the best moments from their favorite characters. There are also rare production materials, including scripts.
The film, an edited theatrical version of some episodes in the TV series was released earlier this year. Directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki and written by Yoji Enokido and Hideaki Anno, it tells the story of Amate Yuzuriha, a high school student in a space colony, who gets drawn into the world of illegal mobile suit dueling.
